Disney Fantasy room service question

I have a concierge one bedroom booked for my next cruise aboard the Fantasy (a splurge, I know). One of the perks of booking concierge is the ability to order food from the MDR's as part of room service. My question is this: can dinner items from the MDR's be ordered for lunch from room service? Is room service even an option for lunch upon the Fantasy?

Room service is available 24 hours a day. The perk of the MDR menus would only be for dinner.
