I think it must have been Greenwich time as the Dream was docked when I checked about 5:30 CST. And the Wonder is in port again as well.

Probably. I used Vesselfinder and there is no time code on the eta. I think gmt is 6 hour off eastern so 415ish am would be about right.

ETA: gmt is 5 hours ahead of eastern. I was close. 5ish eastern would be about right to be at the sea buoy.
