If you're reading this...
YOU OPENED MY FIRST EVER PRE-TRIP REPORT!
Congratulations. Clicking the title is half the battle.
So, I wasn't planning on making a PTR... But I've been missing writing my TR (which I finished in about a week), so what better than to make a little PTR magic?
You can see my first ever TR, "Can't We Just Leave the Ponchos On?" in my signature. I would definitely love for you to read it!

And now, the moment we've all been waiting for...
Introductions!!!
I'm your host. Your ghost host.

Hi, my name is Abigail and I'm a Disney addict. ("Hi, Abigail...") I'm also a dancer. Anyway. I've been to the world 16 times and I've sailed with Disney 3 times. Disney just has something special-er, magical- that I can't get enough of. I am absolutely obsessed with it. I stand for everything Walt Disney stood for and my goal is to be a Cast Member and create magic for the guests who need it the most. I am identical to Belle in every single way. It's almost creepy, really.
Here's a list of my favorite things:
Rides: Tower of Terror, Splash Mountain, Journey of the Little Mermaid
Restaurants: Tony's Town Square, Chef Mickey's, Coral Reef
Resorts: Old Key West, Animal Kingdom Lodge
Dream Resorts: The Gran Flo, Polynesian (I've stayed there when I was a toddler but I barely remember it)
Snacks: Mickey bar, Dole whip
Foods I want to try: The grey stuff, frushi, Lefou's brew, pretzel bread, cupcakes (I've never had a Disney cupcake), corn dog nuggets from Casey's
Movies: Beauty & the Beast, Lilo and Stitch, The Lion King, Hercules
Princess: Belle

Next on the agenda is...
My older sister, Jessica! She loves Disney as well. I'm not sure as to how many times she has been to the world, but it is a few more times than me seeing as she is older. She is studying to be a teacher.
Here are her favorites:
Rides: Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Restaurants: Boma
Resorts: Animal Kingdom Lodge
Snacks: chocolate & M&M covered Mickey Mouse rice krispies
Movies: Aladdin, the Lion King
Princess: Jasmine

Then there's...
My mom! She is also a Disney fanatic and loves the Disney magic as much as I do. She is a stay at home mom and she's the greatest!
Here are her favorites, too:
Rides: Splash Mountain, Journey into Imagination with Figment, Test Track
Restaurants: Garden Grill
Resorts: Bay Lake Tower
Dream resorts: she's really just happy with BLT and the Contemporary
Snacks: citrus swirls, Dole whips, cinnamon sugar soft pretzels
Foods she wants to try: pretzel bread, chocolate moose from Le Cellier, the grey stuff, violet lemonade
Movies: all movies in the Pirates of the Caribbean
Princess: Cinderella & Belle

Last, but not least...
My daddy! He loves Grumpy and Donald Duck. He likes Disney a lot as well, though no one is as obsessed as me. NO ONE. Er, eh-hem. Anyway. I'm really lucky to have both parents love Disney! None of that Universal stuff for this family.
Here are his favorites:
Rides: Peter Pan's Flight, it's a small world, and Rock N' Roller Coaster
Restaurants: Tony's Town Square
Resorts: Fort Wilderness Resort & Campgrounds
Dream resorts: I really don't think he has any, he's not too picky :confused3
Snacks: popcorn, Dole whips, Mickey bars
Foods he wants to try: any food from Le Cellier or Rose & Crown
Movies: the Incredibles
Character (I really doubt my dad has a favorite princess): Grumpy, Donald

So, back on topic!
Why the PTR, you ask?
Well, isn't it obvious?
We have a trip planned! YAY YAY YAY! We just got back from a delightful week in June staying at WDW's Old Key West, which you can read all about in my recent Trip Report (again, the link is in my siggie) and I am beyond excited to go back! This next trip will be a little different, however...
To start it off, we'll be setting sail on the Disney Fantasy on December the 28th for the New Year's Eastern Caribbean Cruise! Then, because you can't be in the same state as the Mouse without dropping in to say hello, we'll finish the week off with a bang--after disembarking, we head straight to the world for the...

FOUR PARKS ONE DAY CHALLENGE!!!
Yes, that's right, ladies and gentlemen, you heard right!
Will they be brave enough to take on the challenge? Will they make it?
Stay tuned.

So, because I haven't ever done a PTR and I would like to feel loved, no lurking! (Unless of course you have no account, to which I say welcome and thank you for wasting your time reading me!) So, that being said, post and let me know you're here! Throughout this PTR, I'll go over Dining Ressies, Plans for each day, bucket lists, packing, and other fun ideas that we will be trying throughout the trip!
All aboard!
Please keep your hands, arms, feet and legs inside the vehicle at all times.

1. And Thus, A Trip is Born
Hi!
Now, before I get into the pre-planning, countdown, and excitement stages of this trip, it would make sense for me to get into the interesting story of how it came to be...
We have sailed on three cruises: the 4 and 5 night voyages on the Disney Wonder and the 4 night on the Dream. Here are some pics from the Dream...

We weren't sure when we would get another chance to cruise again, seeing as it's not an annual thing like WDW is for us, so we were pretty bummed.
But then came...
Christmas!
When better than to surprise my sister and I with a 7 night cruise on the Disney Fantasy?
However, with my sister being in college, it wasn't easy to find a week where the sailing went to the islands we wanted and was a decent price.

Ever heard the saying, "Third time's a charm?"

At first, we planned for the cruise to take place the following year, right after Christmas. It was a long time to wait, but we would live because we would be going on a summer trip to Walt Disney World in between. That always helps.

However, Jessica's college classes were scheduled for that week, and we had to move it to the summer after. Now the cruise was to be a year and a half away, but it was fine, because we were all super excited to have another cruise in the planning stages.

Then... life got in the way one final time, and the cruise was pushed to the Christmas break after the summer after the Christmas break after the Christmas!

...You guys still with me?

So, there were lots of delays, but after 2 years,

We're going on the Disney Fantasy (finally)!!!

If you read my previous TR, you'll know that Jessica was unfortunately unable to accompany us to the World because of college (I know)! And since we're incapable of being in the state of Florida without stopping by and telling Mickey hello, we added a night at Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House on the end of our cruise. We have Annual Passes, so this will help get our money's worth out of those suckers!

But how can one pick just a couple of parks to go to when one only has a single day in Disney?

Simple. One can't.

BRING IT ON, FOUR PARKS ONE DAY CHALLENGE!

The Four Parks One Day challenge is part of why I can't wait to write a TR for this trip. It will be overflowing with interesting stories, I can promise you that.

So, there is the excruciatingly long path this trip took to come into existence! All is well, though, because in exactly 165 days, I will be on my merry little way down to Port Canaveral. Hooray!
