Thanks Verybeachy!! It worked . I was able to get the 11:00 am sign in. Now I have to wait until June 4 for my Mom and Sisters room. I hope it won't be a problem to get them at 11:00 am.

Has anyone done the Dune Buggy and snorkle in Cozumel? What if you have 9 people in your party, will they put 3 people in each car or will one person be left on their own with some strangers?

I've read great things, here on the disboards, about Captain Marvins. We chose the Grand Cayman Island tour (10:30am - 12:30pm) which will leave us plenty of time to wander around afterwards.

You should be able to skip past that part and go on to select your boarding time. As long as you go back to complete everything before the deadline (a certain number of weeks before the cruise date), you should be okay to skip past the id part.

Because I'm a return cruiser, my passport number was already in the system. However, my husband and son (who both traveled with me on the last cruise)... their passport numbers weren't listed. And I was able to skip past that part... because I was anxious to select the port arrival time.

One of my kids does not have a passport yet. Will that be a problem. It is my 7 year old. We are going to apply for one soon but have not gotten around to it. The rest of our family has one.

Where is everyone parking for the cruise? We are driving and would love some advice on the best place to store our car while cruising.

According to the Disney Cruise Check "My Online Check-In" section:

"Thank you for completing My Online Check-In. You may View or Edit your check-in documents anytime up until 2 days prior to your sail date. Remember to print, sign and bring your Online Check-In Signature Form with you to the port."

I would assume that is is the same for all cruisers.

Since technically you do not *need* a passport on this cruise, even if it is strongly advised, you do not need to put in the passport number during check in.

Just a quick update on the FE list, we have 12 confirmed cabins participating, and 1 unconfirmed (Dayita). I still need cabin numbers from PAPrincess and PixiePirate (I may have missed it if you sent it), but other than that we are all set.

For anyone who hasn't joined up, its not too late and a lot of fun!

According to my travel agent, she said you technically do not need a passport for children (just a birth certificate), but if something were to happen and you were stuck in one of the ports, international air travel would require all passengers to have a passport.

We ordered one for both my children (13 and 11) in April and we received the documents within 3 weeks, so you still ahve time.

So glad to hear there are other children going with the same ages as my crew, Samantha (13) and Aaron (11).

Couple questions - Our last cruise was 4 years ago and I know the check in process has changed since then. My port arival time is 11:30 - 12:00, what happens if we get there later than 12:00 - will they take us at that time or do we need to wait? How long is the wait time when we actually check in? Is it usually busier earlier or later?

During check in I did not see where I sign up for the kids clubs? Did I miss it?

Now that the dining rotations are confirmed, is anyone thinking of requesting a specific rotation? Yeah, I'm an uber planner.

I'm going to request rotation ERAERRA. We'll be in Royal Court for both the Formal and Semi-Formal nights (both sea days) and for Pirate night (Cozumel day); we'll be in Enchanted Garden on our first night and on Costa Maya night; and we'll be in Animator's Palate on Grand Caymen night (see the turtles on the island and then see Crush at dinner ) and then again on our last night making our last dinner on the ship that much more special with the new animation show.

Only 14 weeks until I land in Orlando pre-cruise!!!!

I am going to select the same dining rotation as you because it makes a lot of sense. Do we sign up for this on the 4th?

Well, I finally paid off the cruise (yippee!), so I was able to go ahead and do all of our activities and check and in on line. I was concerned about availability since I was doing all of this long after the window had opened for previous cruisers.

The good news for those still waiting, I really had little trouble getting almost anything I wanted. I reserved a Palo brunch, spa treatments, port excursions, and a bippity bop boutique appointment with little difficulty. Many of the ship activities I wanted on sea days, and again that was fine.

Only two items I could not reserve...a pirate league appointment and a cabana (which we had pretty much decided against, but I checked for availability anyway).

I could only get pirate league appointments at 11 am or earlier. Since we are in port all day (and we are doing the dolphin swim). That did not work for us. It may work for those planning non-swim activities that day or a day on the ship rather than port.

Oh, and I was also able to secure the 11 am check in time that I wanted. That one was my big concern, and I was very happy with the time.

I still am working on what we will be doing for fish extender gifts. Maybe once we are all finished with school (I am a high school English teacher), my time and energy can be directed towards this.

You would need to contact the hotel... the lot is not 100% secure, I was reading another post and there were people who had their car broken into.

If you are flying down, it might be cheaper to return your rental car in Port Canaveral, and then pick up a new one after the cruise.

Dining rotations are a request type of thing. Just send an email to DCL or to your TA (I used a TA) to have your request added to your reservation. While it's certainly not guaranteed, I think they do try to honor it as I'm sure there really aren't too many people like me who nit-pick down to the rotation.

I'll be paying the cruise off this week.
