My husband was telling me about his co-workers wife getting amazon certificates for doing surveys through disneyfamily.com But he didn't have any specific info and I can't find anywhere on that site where it says about making money by doing surveys. So I thought someone on here might know more about it.

I'm a member of a Disney survey panel that I was invited to join last year after receiving a screening survey email. I can't for the life of me remember how I was selected to complete the screener. I do earn Amazon GCs for my participation, though.

Both www.moneysavingmethods.com and www.freebies4mom.com often list surveys that you can get paid for. I don't know if they'll have exactly what you're looking for, but it wouldn't hurt checking them out.
