Disney Family in Mouse Head Outline

Does anyone know who creates the disney family in the mouse head outline? I am looking for a design that has a family of 4. I am hoping to find a daddy with glasses and a gotee, a mommy with shoulder length brown hair, the little boy with brown hair and glasses, and a little girl with long blond hair. This design is so neat. Thanks for any info you may have!

I have some b&w ones. The girls hair can be coloured (as well as the clothes) but not the boys hair.
