Hi, Planning a trip in August and as usual this Forum site is so helpful, If I book Hotel seperate to eurostar is that right I can pay seperatley for bags to go to hotel ,if so any idea how much this service costs
You used to be able to book it separately, but I cannot remember how much it cost. Alternatively you can use the left luggage at the part which costs 2.50 Euro per bag - I think, as we have dream APs it is free for us and we use that. There is also a left luggage facility at the station. To get a price before we phoned the Disney booking line, and they just gave us the price as an option.
When I tried to book this separately in the past I was unable to do so although I believe you were able to purchase Express labels from your hotel for your return journey. I have the idea in my head that it was 5 euros per case? I'd give Disney a ring.
As we prefer to go straight to our hotel and check into our room first it sort of defeated the object for us anyway and on our last day we just put our cases in Guest storage at the parks ~ as diamond57 says it is 2.50 euros an item (or free for up to 3 items if you have a Dream annual pass).
Sorry if this question seems silly, but this service sounds fantastic. Do you book it through Eurostar or through Disney? Is it specific to a certain category of booking on the Eurostar (first class?) Thanks for the info!

The service is inlcuded when you book hotels, except Davy Crockett's Ranch, direct with Disney. We did initially look at booking hotels and transport separetly but Eurostar said that the Disney Express service was not available if we booked our travel with them.

So, you can get the transport service if you book the hotel *and* the Eurostar through Disney, or can you book the hotel through Disney (which seems likely) and the train directly with Eurostar?? (I'll presume there's a Disney premium for this service if you book the train through them?)
You need to book Eurostar and hotels direct with Disneyland Paris and then you can use the Disney Express. Eurostar do not offer the express check in if you book with them.
It does cost a little more to book Eurostar with Disney but not that much.
