Disney express question

I phoned and added this to our booking the other day. How does it work? Where do I collect tickets and stuff from?

Can someone walk me through with an idiots guide please. The CM on the phone was not very helpful.

Hi,

If you are going from Ashford then once you have been through passport control and customs you then need to head to the middle of the departure lounge to the desks labelled "Disney Express" here you will check-in with a CM who will give you your pack containing your park tickets and hotel check-in information.

If, for some reason, you are not able to make it to the desk there will be a CM on the train walking around who will be able to give your your pack instead. If you still manage to miss them then around 20 minutes from DLRP they will announce the names of those who still dont have the pack and tell them to go to a specific carriage to collect them.

We are going from Ashford and have booked the Eurostar direct but added Disney Express to our booking, where do we collect our tickets? I have a vague recollection it is from the Disney Express Counter at Marne La Valley, can anyone confirm?

@ memyselfandI - I haven't been from St Pancras but the set up there will be roughly the same, there will be a desk to go to and collect your package with the tickets and information.

@ Belle's World - AFAIK it's from the Disney Express desk in Ashford, that's what appeared to be the case on Monday

Please could some one let me know how I add Disney Express to our booking?

We are travelling from Ashford.

We booked the same earlier in the week and I was told by a nice man from Disney (who was incidently in Orlando! ) that yes we do collect them from the Disney Express counter at Marne La Valle.

Just ring the Disneyland Paris booking line and they will add it on - it costs £15 per person (for the adults only)!

I collected mine from the Disney Express desk at Marnee la vallee as they didnt have my documents at Ashford.

If you are going from St Pancras, there is no Disney Express check in, There will be cast members that join the train after Ashford to check you in on board the train.
