Disney Express not necessary at the DLH?

We've always used Disney Express as have booked Eurostar through DLP and it was included. But this time round we've booked Eurostar separately so would have to pay extra for it. I consider it a must when staying at the Cheynne where we usually go but as we're staying at the DLH this time (whoop, whoop!) then am I right in thinking that we won't really need it? I'm assuming it won't really take any extra time to drop cases off at the hotel as it's so close to the park. And we can leave our cases at the hotel on the last day and grab them on the way to the station? The queue to get cases at the station is always a nightmare anyway!

yep, I agree with you. There is a case-scanner when you go through security between the train station and the DLH/parks entrance so you just put your cases through that and head on down to your hotel :).

You're right in that you don't need it - you'll need to go to the hotel to collect your park tickets as you've booked Eurostar independently so you may just as well take your luggage with you. You may even find that your rooms are ready for you when you arrive. :goodvibes And on your last day I'd just use the hotel's left luggage service. Just tell them when you leave them that you're catching the train so they know you want the bags back inside the hotel lobby when you collect them - if you're travelling by car they wheel them out to the car park for you.

Fabulous, thanks guys - that's £32 saved for food money then :)
