Disney Express Luggage Service

Hi everyone

In the last stages of planning for mine and my friends trip from 30th march - 3rd april (7 days to go!!!) and was wondering about the Disney Express service.

We booked the hotel and Eurostar separately (so much cheaper - tip if you're under 25: the Eurostar price included in packages booked through Disney is the adult price. If you book directly with Eurostar, you can get the youth price which is much much cheaper!) and so did not get Disney Express included. I read in one of my guidebooks that you can book the service at St Pancreas on the day, but I haven't seen this written anywhere else, so I was wondering if this was possible? Or do you have to book it in advance from somewhere? And if so where?

We want to get as much park time for our money as possible! (especially as I haven't been for 7 years!)

we booked the express service directly with disney. we're also going from st.pancras. you need to go to the disney desk and get tags to put on your luggage (last time we got the tags on the train). when you get to the other end, you need to go to the disney desk on the first floor where you'll leave your bags and get your park tickets.

I think we paid £28 for the service

How do you book it with Disney? Through their normal reservation line?

yes, through the normal line, just add it to your booking. I think they charge according to the number of people travelling but not sure - please someone correct me if I'm wrong

only 5 days to go!! til the 11.30pm train from leeds to manchester. then there's the bus ride to london. then the eurostar. but after all that traveling, 5 days of disney bliss :-D

Just a quick question.
I too have booked everything seperately, Eurostar direct with Eurostar and my hotel and park tickets through Disney.

If i were to add the Disney Express would i still then have to go to the hotel and pick up my park tickets??? I thought you only got your park tickets etc on the train if you booked a complete package with Disney.

I too have booked travel separate to hotel and last week rang Disneyland and added Disney Express to my trip, you just ring Disneyland and they add it onto everything she said we would get our tickets on Eurostar but she did not ask anything about our seating on the train so we just have to wait to find out how well it works in September.
I booked our Eurostar seats through Airmiles after saving Tesco vouchers, 4 seats around a family table on both journeys for £94, its worth saving those vouchers!!!

Thanks for that. I will give them a ring tomorrow and add it on.
Although if you have booked Eurostar seperately and they don't ask about your seat numbers i have no idea how it will work.
As we are going from Ashford maybe the CM's just walk along the train and ask everyone their names and look to see if your on a list and you get your tickets that way.

my experience of this was hat it wasn't worth the extra - we didn't have it last time because we booked direct and seeing the queue for the drop off and the collection we were glad we didn't

I guess it depends where you are staying and how much luggage you have

2 people we spoke to, having seen them in the queue said, 'never again'

we were at the bay last time, by the time we got off the train and got round there we only had an hour to kill between checking in and key collection - after that a quick freshen up and we were good to go until park kicking out time

on the last day we left our gear with the porters in the bay and I left my party at the station while i went and got our stuff

I have seen CMs walking along the train calling out names.
