I realize that the Disney Express is not operated by Disney and is not the equivalent to the Magical Express in WDW. That said, could someone please tell me if the buses are all painted with Disney scenes like the one shown on their website? I'm thinking we'll use this service if it will enhance the Disney-ishness of our arrival, but if not we'll probably go Super Shuttle.

Thanks,

Annette

We used DLE in November last year and all three buses we used had Disneyland paintings on them. In fact when we caught the bus at LAX (it was our first trip to Disney) my kids thought it was pretty amazing that the mural on the bus was of Disneyland!! The bus back was the same. We had the one with the castle on it. It really did make it a little more special! We had a great experience with them and would defiantely use them and will use them again. Have a wonderful trip! You guys are experiencing the same weather we are here right now so I know we are really looking forward to sunshine and warmth - without snow!!!

Thanks alot 2000...5 1/2 inches of cold, wet, white miserable-ness this morning. Geeze - remind me why we don't all move to SoCal again :confused3

Thanks to you and Davidsprincess for replying to my question. Disney Express it is - pretty good price too if you pre-book on their website ($99.00 USD for a family of 4 - return).

:wave2:

Yes, there will be the big huge picture wrapped on the outside of the bus--that is the surefire way to KNOW you are on the Disneyland Express. There are knockoff versions that will try to get you to board their shuttles/buses, but they aren't the ones you have prepaid for.

You should know, however, that there isn't any special stuff inside the bus. I was hoping for Disney movies or something like that inside the bus and that isn't the case (likely because it isn't operated by Disney). It was worth it though to not have to haul carseats onto the airplane.
