Disney Experience app not showing reservation

Not a big deal yet but we just booked a vacation recently for December 2017 and I can see my resort reservation using my laptop and looking at My Disney Experience but when I look at the app on my iPhone it doesn't show any resort reservation. The app does show our tickets just not the resort reservation. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it doesn't help. Anyone know why or how to get the app to show my resort reservation? Is it because it's so far away or should it still show as soon as it's booked? I booked it on Aug 2nd.

Try looking through a regular browser on a computer and not a phone. Disney software is notoriously bad which is most likely the problem. I booked in January and have always been able to see my reservation on my computer.

You can do all the same stuff on the browser on the phone like make fastpasses, dining reservations, etc or can you only do that on a browser on a computer?

No idea but you might. It would just be tedious. I always used a laptop or desktop computer. A phone is just too much trouble to type and push buttons.

I booked our June 2017 trip in April this year (we are in the UK and the packages are released earlier over here) and had a similar problem, could see everything fine when going into MDE via a browser but only the tickets in the app. I contacted Disney and was told that they only publish reservations to MDE 335 (if I recall correctly) days out and I shouldn't be able to see anything anywhere at that stage! I worked out when the 335 days was and marked it in my calendar to check, but (being impatient!) I looked at the app sometime in June (once we were less than year away) and it was all showing.

Like you, I knew it wasn't a big deal as it was so far off but I just like everything to be as it should be. Don't be surprised though if you have quite a long wait for it appear but be assured you aren't alone!

Good to know, guess I'll see what happens in 150 days. lol
