Disney Executive CastMember MM Statue

Hi! Could anybody help please? My DH gave me a gift today--a MM Statue. The receipt states that this item is an Award for Disney Executive CastMember.
MM is standing on a box which appears to possibly had a name plate. I have tried to find information to confirm this piece which I have added to my collection. Thank you so much!!
