Disney Excercise DVD?

HI,

I need to loose some weight! I just found the W.I.S.H section and hope you guys have an answer to a question I have about moving my big ole body to some music!

Does anyone know of an excercise DVD or Video set to Disney music? Or even with Disney characters? I think this might be the motovation I need to get some excercise in each day. Thanks ya'll!

Not exactly but Dance Dance Revolution Disney Mix might help. That is a video game but it is truly excercise too

You can try ebay for a vintage Mousercise workout vhs. I used to do that when I was a kid. I don't think they have come out with a new one though.

I was going to say mousercise also. I believe it is the only one out there.

Mousercise is great! You can find it many ways. It originally was released on lp in 1982. It was so popular that they did a follow up tv show. I have seen it on vhs, cd, and they might have it on youtube.
