Prior to covid, we had planned a ~80 person event with Disney for April 2021 where we had a venue rented. Around March, our planner informed us that she was being furloughed and we have been unable to contact her since which is understandable. In the recent months, we have seen ads that Disney opened back up weddings. While this event is not a wedding, we have been unable to reach anyone in their event planning departments. Many voice mails, emails, etc. I was curious if anyone else on here is in the same position and have they been in contact with any coordinators? At this point, the format of our event is likely to change but would like to talk it over with actual decision makers at the company.
