Disney-esque dinner choices??

Hi all. I still have a month before I need to call for ADRs and have been trying to pick the best choices for our family (me, DH, DS [14], DD [9]). We want to have fun, only-at Disney type dinners. We have 5 days in the park to run around like crazy, then leave for DCL to relax!! So, I don't want to make reservations at places like LeCellier or the Wave - I think the restaurants on the cruise will be of a similar type. We're thinking about WCC, Sci-Fi, Boma or Ohana, Chef Mickey...but we're open to any and all suggestions. Thanks for your help!!!

Chef Mickey's most definitely. Also a meal at the castle. Ohana's dinner is fabulous and DH's favorite.
