There was another thread asking about inexpensive egg filler idea. Someone said about coupons like for free ice cream or something. Does anyone have some ideas for Disney coupons? I could make one up that says free mickey ears ice cream but then I know I would already be the one paying for the ice cream so that wouldn't really make a difference. I am thinking I can do one for each of them that says breakfast with Donald Duck since we are going to TH breakfast and they don't know it. Any other ideas? Thanks.

So are you going to have the kiddos carry the coupons w/them at Disney and redeem them?

You could include:

* plenty of eggs w/2 quarters and 1 penny for the penny press machines
* lanyard (think Michaels)
* pins
* jibbitz if you croc
* goggles for the pool in a supersized egg
* empty charm bracelet (and collect charms at Disney)
* chapstick
* carabiner to hold water bottle

if you go the coupon route, you could do:

* 1 funky hat
* 'do at the Barber shop
* special candy/snack from a foreign country (Epcot)
* visit to lego store
* pick a pearl
* pick a ride to do 2 or 3 times in a row
* Pick first ride on *fill in the blank* day
* kiss the troll in Norway
* tease the Tiki squirter in MK for a Dole whip
* bucket of popcorn
* the Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream - big enough sundae for whole family so everyone can have a coupon for this!
* for a disposable camera
* for a rain poncho!

Of course, since you are footing the bill no matter what, definately include the mickey bar one too!! You could also tuck items in their basket they will need for the trip: bathing suit, flip flips, hat, sunglasses, special snack and book for flight/drive, etc.

Do they know about the trip? You said they dont know about breakfast but if they dont know about the trip you could have them find all the eggs and put clues in the eggs and lead them on a sacvenger hunt or clues to tell them about the trip, they would be so excited nothing else would matter :thumbsup2

Or depending on age I plan on buying a puzzle and putting a few pieces in eggs and then after all are collected they can put the puzzle together. I plan on doing that and some with candy.

My kids dont know about our trip yet but there baskets have things that are for the trip but they will never figure that part out....killing two birds with one stone....i got them sunglasses, coloring books, crayons, and shirts.

I love the ideas so far. The puzzle one is a good one. No, they don't know about the trip. It is a birthday suprise but we will already be there on Easter. DS birthday is the day before Easter. The 2 pennies and a quarter is a great one too because my oldest son had the pressed penny book from our last trip that he is trying to fill. Jibbitz is a good idea but my 6yo's crocs are mickey heads and I read that the jibbitz don't fit in the and my crocs are the relief so they don't have holes in the top. Thanks.
