Disney ECV question

I have a question for the experts...Is the Disney ECV rental that you get from the parks eligible to park hop like the stroller rental? I know that you can take your stroller rental receipt to another park and pick up a new stroller, can you also do the same with scooter rentals or do you need to rent another ECV at a new park.

I don't know how much energy I will have during our upcoming trip as I finished chemo last month and radiation in October and I am not back to 100% yet. I don't want to be tied into a long term rental from an offsite source, and may do a rental at the parks if necessary. I am hoping to do it on my own, taking breaks as needed, but don't want to weigh down the family.

Thanks in advance for your help!

You can if they have one at the next park.
There are lots of strollers, so you will almost always be able to get a stroller at a second park.
There are limited numbers of ECVs, so there is no guarantee there will be one at the second park. If you are going at a slow time, you may have no problem. But if it's busier, the park ECVs are usually rented out before noon.

Then only way to make sure if having one is either to get to one park early and stay at the park or rent from off-site.
