Disney Dreams

figured we needed a "disney" thread.

so, as we all know, disney's all about the "dreams come true" thing. theyve practically trade-marked that phrase. they have that year of a million dreams thing going on, too. but has a disney dream ever come true for you? like you finally got to stay at the such-and-such, or you got to meet the so-and-so of your dreams? anything?

as for me, today i made the phone call of my life. i mentioned about my "upcoming and hopeful disney job" a little ago, and today i finally got to make that phone call back to casting. as of the end of may i'll be officially working in the magic kingdom in frontierland. which means ya'all can come see me :3.

1st person? as in you woke up super early on your vacation? You crazy! I only went to one opening of a park and that was Epcot and it was because it was my birthday and my mom had planned the whole day and it was all a surprise for me and my best friend. Probably my most recent dream would be that I always wanted to bring my best friend to Disney and I did for my 16th birthday, and what was even better was that we also got to go on the cruise and after the first time I went on it my mom said we were never going on again, so I guess I got 2 dreams to come true!

Hmm. I've always dreamed of staying at the Contemporary. And last year, I had the dream of "riding a ride with my cousins - no adults" come true. But, everyone knows that story. xD

Anyways...my Disney dream...being a Disney Princess for the day. Think...Wedding without the wedding. Park to myself and some guests. I don't know! Hahaha, just as long as it involves wearing a beautiful princess dress and prancing around like a little kid.

and ash, sugar, i want to make you a princess dress so badly. it would make me so happy to see our residential "disney princess" dressed in her most beautiful attire. i may just have to one day :3.

and in frontierland, i'll be hopping from splash, big thunder, tom sawyer, and country bears. my badge will say rebecca, saint petersburg, fl, so i'll be easy to find xD the annoying blonde babbling to some poor guest..you know..x3 id love to meet you! that goes for everyone, and its one of the reasons im so excited. if you get to go to wdw this year, be sure to let me know when and i may be able to tell you a work schedule or something.

I'm going to the MK next Tuesday to sing,but I don't think your going to be working then,so maybe October or something.lol.

My disney dream is being able to go and see that magical place atleast once a year.

I want to get married in Disney World...and have an EXTRAVAGENT wedding.
I'm talking ceremony outside the castle, fireworks at the "you may now kiss the bride part", a HUGE reception in the Great Movie Ride and my bridal party staying at the Grand Floridian.

Hmm.
The only two I can think of is doing the International program and work their (probably in Canada in EPCOT, but I do have another language under my belt other than english, so that may come in handy), and to get married on a DCL ship.
