Today was a "move around" day. Today was also the day DH was heading home. Although he would have loved to stay, he really did have to get back home & get back to work. I am thankful for him & him working hard so DS & I can enjoy more WDW
This was also the day that my mother was coming in to join us on the rest of the trip.
So we got up bright & early, headed over to the Contemporary to check in. We were checking in around 7:30. I thought for sure we would have to leave our luggage with bell service, but I was very surprised when they told me the room was ready.
We put my & DS's luggage in the room & then headed off to the airport to drop DH off & wait for my mother.
DH's flight was to leave at 10:55am & my mother's was to arrive at 11:30am. DS & I were just going to walk around the airport & people watch some. We really did have a nice time & it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
My mother's flight was about 15 late, no biggie. We had arrangements with FL Tours to take us back to the Contemporary since DH & I returned the car we had rented.
FL Tours was there right on time! (Thumbs up!!!!)
We dropped my mother's luggage off at the Contemporary & then we decided to head over to Magic Kingdom to catch the Share a Dream parade.
We were able to get a great seat right on Main Street with some shade! YEAH!!!!
After the parade we hung out a bit on Main Street & then headed over to Chef Mickey's for our 5:30 supper.
We had a nice time, we didn't have as good as a server as when DH & I were here earlier in the week, but I can't complain too much.
We saw Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Chip & Dale.
After supper we decided to just go back to our room & chill out the rest of the evening.
