Disney Dream video music

OK, this is a little involved so stick with me, please. It's not strictly about Disney music but if anybody can help I would appreciate it. Go to the Disney Cruiseline website, click on Ships & Activities, then Disney Dream and watch the intro video. That is incredible music and I'd like to know where I can find it. I don't think it's actually Disney produced music because I have heard it on several car commercials; Honda and VW most recently-although these may be regional (Southeast Wisconsin). If anybody recognizes it and can tell me where to find it would appreciate it. Thanks.
