New Information

Signs in the terminal
Staterooms available at 4pm

Guest services on the ship available 24 hours a day, use the Chat function on the App or call them from the phone in your room.

Captain Mickeys Sail Away Game, new interactive game near the ship model, scan a QR code

Animators Palette open for embarkation day lunch

Not all terminals at Shutters photo area are available for use.

Boarding Hints and Tips
It was easy as long as you watch the signs you can understand whats going on
Make sure you do everything correctly in the online check in sure you have your passport details correct and your vaccination info uploaded on the Safe Passage website if you choose to show your status, as they are scanning the bar codes at the terminal
Print an extra copy of the Port Arrival Form as they may have an issue scanning it on the phone

Once you get to the terminal, you drop off your luggage at the same place as before.
Your Port Arrival Form will be checked at the luggage drop off area
Make sure you arrive at the correct time, as they are strict about times
Make sure you have it ready as you approach the luggage drop area and that its not folded

After luggage drop you will be directed to the parking garage ,$68 for a 3 night cruise, and you have to prepay, card only no cash.
In the parking garage, the Disney QR code will be scanned, make sure your phone is up to date with the software and the App.
Then you will be directed to either testing or go straight to your parking spot
Anyone who is vaccinated and not doing testing will have a blue sticker on their car window
If you are vaccinated you will go to level 3 of the parking garage and at that point you can park.
Then take the bridge across to the terminal building

There is no premium or preferred parking at the terminal

If you are not vaccinated you need to take a test instead of going straight to parking.
Its a 4 step process
Check in, see if you need the test, take the test, then wait for test results
The testing is done in your car

There is a new area at the security area in the terminal building
Right before the scanners, they will check your passports and cruise documents. They ask your to remove the mask for ID check,
You will get a QR code on a piece of paper which has your boarding time , your stateroom number and your muster station area. Each member of your party will get a piece of paper

Boarding The Ship New Procedure

When your boarding number is called , go to the yellow Mickey Ears door
Where they used to scan your KTTWC they will now scan the piece of paper with the QR code you were given at check in

You board the ship through the same door as before, directly into the Atrium

They are still doing the Welcome Onboard Announcement

Just like on The Magic UK cruises, you will be directed to a spot on the floor and Mickey and Mickey will do a Welcome Onboard dance with a CM.

After Mickey and Minnies Welcome Onboard, CM's direct everyone to either their muster station or to the restaurants for lunch.

I would expect you will drop your luggage and either be directed to the testing tents if you have not submitted vaccination documentation or through the security line if you have. Based on the above information I think it will be essential that you not arrive early as you may be turned away when they check your car in at the gate.

Was this from the official CDC test cruise? I am guessing not since they were just posted a few days ago. More likely the extra cruises they did after that.

Yeah looks like the Cast member/family friends cruise. I have to admit hearing that chime before they made
an announcement made my heart skip a beat. I really miss cruising.
