Disney Dream June 24, 2012 5 Night Bahamian

I just called DCL, and got this info.

Semi-Formal night is night 2, our first castaway cay day. (Monday)

Pirate Night is night 4, our sea day. (Wednesday)

Did DCL change it again without letting us know this time ? :confused3:confused3
My planning itinerary is still coming up Pirate deck party pirate: as night 3 which is Nassau day.
Pirate night is usually on Nassau night on most of the cruises.

Any final updates for the Stateroom Crawl? Just wanted to print off the info before we fly out tomorrow. :goodvibes

Hi all, this will be my DW and my first cruise and first DCL (obviously). We'll be celebrating our honeymoon 5 years late with this trip! Getting very excited for the trip but disappointed that I didn't peruse these boards until while I'm packing... Safe travels!

Welcome and see you there!!:beach:

I have printed copies (about 50), but here's the final room order if you're interested. I selected the rooms that would allow for the most direct route without duplicating any room types. We ended up with 10 different types of rooms that we'll be able to see.

And of course as we go along, if you want to open up your room to the group, you're more than welcome!

I think I have an idea of what a stateroom crawl is, but what is it exactly? how does one participate? I'm sure this won't be our last DCL cruise so it sounds pretty cool.

A stateroom crawl is an opportunity to see all of the different staterooms on the ship. Maybe you want to see what a magic porthole looks like, or what a concierge room has in it.

Also, another question. I have an 11-oclock checkin time tomorrow. What time should I leave my hotel in Titusville? And what time should I be at the Terminal?

I asked a related question on the Facebook page. Apparently, if you get there early, there's a good chance you can check in early. AND you'll get better parking. You're only about .5 hour away, right?

For those of us who came into the board late, here is a "Minnie List" of those participating after the closeout of the main list:

6106 Othello32: Louella, DH, DS (10), DS (4), DS (1)
9066 DisneyDreamers2012: Carol, Anne, Emma (5)
9154 DisneyFun1: Art, Lisa, Meghan (16)
9579 DisneyDreamers2012b: Andrea, Ava (7)
10508 Ascardino: Anthony, Gina, Joe (19), Gabriella (10), Julia (6), Keilyn (1)

If anyone else from the main list wants to include us, feel free!
I will be including other FEs at least on floors 6,9 and 10 since we will be around there and have plenty to share!:goodvibes

Anneprincess:

Just thought I'd post that Joseph will not be in 10508. Looking forward to meeting you soon!

I hope that everybody slept well? Enjoy your drive to the port, and see you all real soon!

:sad1: I can't believe it's over! All that planning for the last 2yrs and the trip flew bye. Had a wonderful time and met some very nice people. Thank you to my tablemates (#6, mainseating) for a wonderful dinner time. Thank you to those who organized the stateroom crawl. Loved getting to see the Walt Disney Suite. That sucker was huge!! Wish I was able to start planning another one.

We are finally home - enjoyed our week on the Fantasy

Had a great time :)
