I have no idea how disboard works ... not even sure if I am actually posting this! I am so glad to find someone else on the July 24 - 29, 2015 Dream cruise. I am taking my 2 BIG kids (over 35!!!) and 2 granddaughters (7 and 9). It is our first Disney cruise ... little ones don't know yet ... their surprise Christmas morning! I am hoping the year will fly by! I REALLY want to join an FE group so I hope people on our cruise are interested ... already started creating some things LOL! I am crafty but not computer techy! Glad to meet you! I'm sure we will talk lots over the next year! PS ... We are from Canada!

nanajules, glad to hear you and your family will be joining us. We have five in our family my wife and I are taking our three boys they will be 8, 12, and 15 when we set sail next year. This is our second Disney Cruise. We did a 4 night Bahamas Cruise 4 years ago and loved it. We did the FE and a cruise meet and greet on the ship. The boys loved the surprise gifts when we returned to the room and enjoyed searching out all the rooms to deliver our goodies! We live in Texas now , but still say that Ohio is our home. I look forward to hearing about how your girls react at Christmas to the news of their trip!

We are so excited about this cruise with a double dip at Castaway Cay. It is a graduation present for our daughters. We would love to be a part of the FE. It was such tremendous fun for us on our last cruise (it was our first time participating). We look forward to meeting everyone!

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

I don't know exactly how to register but I heard about this from a friend and they really enjoyed it. In our group we have two families mine, which consists of two 10 year olds and one 14 year old and in the other family we have one 11 year old and one 14 year old. We are cousins and we are interested in joining the fish extender group but we don't exactly know how to join the group but we are really excited.

Ok so here we are!!! Booked this on my Decemebr cruise on the Fantasy. After seeing Castaway Cay and knowing I needed to go back, we shall go. My wife and I, and my daughter who will be turning 8 on our second day in Castaway Cay. No idea she is going yet though!!

So excited! We just booked our first Disney Cruise. We chose this particular cruise for the 2 days at Castaway Cay! Any advice for a new Disney Cruiser? We've been to Walt Disney World every other year for many years, but decided to try a cruise. There will be six of us - me, my husband, 17 yr old daughter, 20 yr old son and my husbands parents. I am interested in doing the Fish Extenders. Just wondering how we go about be a part of this?
