Disney Dream December 5, 2014 3-Night Bahamian Cruise

Hi Everyone! Welcome to the Disney Dream December 5, 2014 3-Night Cruise to the Bahamas! This will be my third Disney Cruise. I'm really looking forward to meeting you all on the cruise!

Here is our Itinerary for the cruise:

Day Port
1 Port Canaveral, Florida Aboard by - 3:45 p.m.
2 Nassau In Port from - 9:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
3 Castaway Cay In Port from - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
4 Port Canaveral, Florida Time to go back to Florida at 7:30 a.m.

Fish Extender Group

This is meant to be a fun exchange and getting to know each other. Please do not feel as though you have to do something expensive or extravagant. Just have fun!

Sign-ups for the Fish Extender are open now and will close Wednesday, November 5, 2014. If you have a concern about this please feel free to pm me at anytime.
I am thinking of starting a Facebook group as well if you all think you would like that. Let me know your thoughts. If you do I can get that started ASAP.

Are there any allergies or dietary needs? Snacks are very common.
Any celebrations (birthday, anniversary, etc.) Please note the date if it is happening while on the ship.
If you would like to include any information that might be helpful to those personalizing gifts. Favorite color, Disney character, prefer initials or names, etc.

Runners or Walkers

If you are someone who wants more information Disney Cruises have a 5K when we dock at Castaway Cay!

This is the information I found regarding the 5K.
runDisney Castaway Cay 5k for 12+
Meet at Evolution at 8:15am for information and numbers, after you will all walk down to the starting line (Bike Rental location) at 8:30am. You can walk, run, jog, or what ever you choose. It is the most laid by 5K... Plus your on Castaway Cay!

Yes very first cruise! We are all extremely excited. After the cruise we will be going to Disney for a week (we have been before) counting down the days. I have been looking at you tube videos of the cruise it looks so awesome.

It is so much fun! I went on the Dream in January with my family and this cruise is going to be with my best friend!

I will be going with my husband. Wanted my son and his family to go also but he is not good in confined spaces he says. Has anyone ever been part of a fish extender group? It sounds like fun.

Hi Patti! Welcome! I did the Fish Extender on my first cruise! It was an absolute blast! I can put a FE group together. I apologize, I homeschool my daughter and work kinda got a little busy this last week. I will have it up by Sunday with information and everything.

What is a Fish Extender group?

Hi there bettysmith098! I will be posting in just a few minutes about the Fish Extender (FE) group. But in short it is similar to a gift exchange. You can choose to make or purchase items for other members in the FE group. It could range from handcrafted items, to candy, pencils, items from where you are from that may not be found in other places, or anything else you can think of. The Fish Extender is hung from the fish (or other sea animal) outside the stateroom door where the members of the group can place your items in the pockets. I will try and find a picture of mine from my cruise last January or you can google it or look on Etsy to see what they look like.

I'll post the group Information shortly and you can more than welcome to sign up. You do not have to take part in the FE to be a part of this group but you are welcome to if you would like.
