How do I sign up for the FE group? This is our fourth cruise and I love doing Fish Extenders.

I just booked the cruise yesterday and my daughter and I would love to do the FE. How do we sign up? I went to the test page and was unable to post a reply (let alone 10 :/). Can we still sign up?

I started the first FE group. I added two people who have met the 10 post requirement. Still waiting on the others! Yay!

I think the reason people have not been added to the FE group is due to the person who had started the FE group has not been active recently(the last post was mid-March), and therefore we haven't been added. Since I participate in this forum by way of DVC and have more than 20 posts, I had met the threshold. Perhaps if we give it a few more days, we will hear something. The other option is that someone starts an additional group now to get people signed up, then combine the 2 groups together.

As far as meeting the threshold (I'm still relatively new to participating in the boards so forgive my naïveté), I've met my threshold so I shouldn't need to keep posting for the sake of posting to join a FE right?

I'm happy to do what's necessary, just need it spelled it out haha!

I can start the new group and add you in order to start the conversation, then add others; if the original poster returns, we can combine the 2 groups (there are only a few I think in the other one) My final payment was already due, but I am not sure what others' final dates may be...until we are at the 90 day mark, some people may cancel, change their minds, book a different date, etc. But I will get started so we can all join

Hi Matt! If you have at least 10 posts (on DISboards), I'll add you to the separate group...I'm doing this from my phone right now, so I can't see how many you have, but if you go back a few posts, you'll see the link on how to make "test" posts, get your number up to 10, them join the separate FE group. I'll check in a bit later from my laptop and add you. We're getting a nice little group going, and I have some info in the private area on what information we need, etc.

Hello fellow cruisers,

me, wife and two sons (7,5) are booked on this cruise and are beyond excited. It is a special "splurge" vacation for us and we were hoping to book a family cabana for the Castaway Cay day. Sadly, but not surprisingly, they are all booked. I will of course keep checking to see if one becomes available. But I wanted to throw it out there if anyone has one reserved and decides to cancel, we would really appreciate a heads up to help our chances.

Otherwise, we look forward to seeing everyone in September and enjoy your countdown.
