Disney Dream - Concierge Lounge drink questions

If I've found the correct information, I believe the Dream concierge lounge is open from 7 am to midnight, and there will be a variety of food selections throughout that time. And I believe I will be able to take sodas and bottled waters to the room, etc. I also understand there to be two complimentary "happy hours" each night.

Is there a bartender in there full-time that we can order adult beverages from throughout the day/evening if we are in there or nearby? Or do they only serve alcohol during the happy hours? Do they have attendants on the concierge sundeck that can take/deliver drink orders?

Alcohol is only available during Happy Hour. I don't ever spend time on the sundeck, so I have no idea about the orders.

The Cove Bar is on Deck 11, just outside the Concierge and Spa area, so you could just pop in there if you're in the Lounge, which is on Deck 12, or you could go around the corner to Currents on Deck 13 if you're hanging out on the Sundeck.

The happy hour in the lounge is now 5-10pm straight through. (There used to be two, but it has changed.)

The bar is open from 5-10 pm and no attendant on the sundeck. If the weather is nice they have a meet and greet on the sundeck on CC day and have a small bar set up w/crudités.

The lounge closed at 10 in our experience, not midnight

You will also have sodas and waters in your in room fridge so no need to run to the lounge unless you drink them all and they weren't restocked yet.

Just got off the Dream this past Monday and can confirm what PP have said. Lounge was open from 7am-10pm with Bar open from 5-10pm. The sundeck has Ice tea and Water along with some soft drinks and bottled water in a ice bucket. I never saw an attendant on the Sun Deck but not sure it's even necessary. Its just a few steps away from the lounge.
