Disney Dream- 3-10-2011 (3 night)

I have added your thread to the 2011 Dream Cruise Meet List :thumbsup2

We will be there!! It is a suprise for my daughter's 7th birthday. I absolutely can not wait. I am sure my husband will be happy to see it come since I have wanted to go for years, but something always happens where we can't! It is actually looking like it will be for real this time.

I'm moving this thread to the meets section where it belongs.

Hi! This will be a great surprise for your daughter. This will be our first cruise as well. My husband and I are looking forward to it.

Hello -
I am looking forward to my husband, and our 4 daughters along with my parents and best friend and her 2 children taking this cruise!! We are all so excited, but wondering if anyone has cruised before to fill us in on any unexpected fees or surprises along the way LOL

Thank You,
Jessi

( Mommy to 4 princess' now )

Wow, what a lot of first time cruisers on this thread! I made my reservations today. This is my sixth cruise and I can't wait to experience the Dream. I'm not big on 3 night cruises but maybe this one will sell them for me. My first cruise was on the Wonder for 3 nights and it just wasn't long enough. Now I feel like an experienced cruiser and I know that I will always come back for another cruise. In fact, I'm cruising to Alaska in August 2011.:cool1::goodvibes
Hope activity picks up out there. Anyone else going on this cruise?

Hello

I was wondering if anyone has sailed to the Bahamas and Castaway Island before and if you can answer some questions.

Since we are all going in March do you think the water will be warm or on the cold side?

I was interested in trying the blue lagoon Sea Lion encounter. Do you think we will have to wear wet suits? Can you leave when you are done or are stuck waiting for the group.

I promised my hubby that we would get to Atlantis to see the hotel and play. We are not interested in doing the beach stuff. Someone told me you can just take a taxi from the ship to the hotel. Can anyone confirm this?

Has anyone done the Ardastra Garden and City Tour? If so was it nice?

When you are at castaway island, can you go back and forth to the ship when you want to? Is the stringray adventure worth the money?

Thank you

This will be my 4th Disney cruise and I am going with my DBF, DDad, DStepmom, DBrother, DBrother's-GF, DStepbrother and DStepbrother's-GF. Quite a crew!!! So excited to try out the Aqua Duck and stay for the first time in a verandah stateroom.:cool1:

Welcome aboard. This is our first cruise with Disney. Any good tips you would like to share?

Pick at least one "must do" on the navigator every day. Don't try to cram it all in or you won't feel like you are enjoying the cruise.
