Disney Dooney Problem

I purchased the sketch pattern Dooney in May and it is coming apart at the handles. I am very disappointed. I love the purse. We are going back in a few weeks and I still have my reciept...will they exchange it?

Did you register the purse with Dooney? They are supposed to have Lifetime Guarentee's..meaning you send it back, and they fix or replace

I did register it, but it's only a 1 year warranty. I will contact them on Monday. Thanks, I had forgot, had to pull out my paperwork.

Yes, they are very good about repairing. A few years ago I had a zipper break on mine and the sent me a brand new purse.
