Can the Dooney and Bourke Disney bags be bought at DL, or only WDW? If they can be purchased at DL, where? TIA!

Just wanted to post that I spoke with someone at TrenD
last night. She told me the new black purses
will only have Mickey's silhouette in different colors.
The design will not resemble those on the purses now.
I have to say that I'm happy because the
design doesn't tempt me.

I got the wristlet and tote bag today at Downtown Disney. They said they had alot in stock. They are expecting the new style in January. They were out of the the smaller tote(with the tassels). Those aren't due back in until January.

I placed a holiday order on 11/16 for the wristlet. Disney merchandising called me today to let me know it was in. I am so glad it will be in for DSD's Christmas gift.

Ooh, new style? Any word on what this is gonna look like? I'll be there for the half-marathon in January and plan on buying the big tote regardless of design, but I'm curious about this new design.

Has anyone heard about this type of D & B bag turning yellow? I know their other white ones (same material) have turned yellow for some people. Anyone have any info on this and can it be avoided?

This bag is the same material as the It Dooney line and it can turn yellow. I am going to try using a really good vinyl protectant and hope it works!! I threw out my white It bag because it yellowed so bad. I think if you google the Dooney yellowing it will come up with articles on the problem and how some people resolved it.

I've heard of the leather darkening in the sun, but never the body of the bags! Great!

My tote finally arrived after ordering it 10/16! I have my large full Mickey on the front and a couple of full Tinks and Disneyland right in the center on the back. We frequent DL so it is perfect. I wish the back fastener flap didn't hit the castle dead center but I am thrilled with the bag. I have been seeing many lately that have Mickey cut off in the front and I was starting to panic!!! Now I have to wait a month to use it since it is a Christmas present. Can't wait for colors to come out. I wish they were using the same print though.

The first one is black with multicolored Mickeys and has three or so different styles.
The second one is a while background with beige lining and light colored mickeys.
I do not have pictures and do not know when exactly they will be coming in(although we were told around December) .

I can see you have insight being an "Info Desk CM". I am definitely in for a black one. Already taking a chance with the white tote but I could not stand how cute it was and had to have it. I think the black one will hold up better. Can you let us know when they hit stores so we can order on this end?

I just bought my large tote and wristlet 1 1/2 weeks ago... great compliments on my purse. Now can't wait for our xmas trip to see if the new colors are available. Please post pics when they become available to the general public.
