a few questions 1) do they still have them 2)canyou use them just like cash anyplace in WDW : retaurants, counter, resorts, parks,DTD, ect.3) can you turn them in for cash or are you stuck with what you don't spend(like that would ever happen!)

Hi Jann!

The answer is "yes" to both questions.

You can NOT, however, get change or refunds from the REWARDS dollars that you get from the Disney VISA.

I believe you can get a refund on unused DD only if you keep you receipt and only at WDW (not the Disney Stores). That is how it used to be, I don't know if the policy has changed.

You can buy Disney Dollars at the Disney Store or WDW. I believe you must have the original receipt to cash them in.

Of course, if you get high-denomination Disney Dollars (I think they have $1, $5 and $10) and you have a few left before the end of your trip, try buying low-price things with a $10 DD. You get regular money (US$) in change from Disney Dollars you spend, so it's an easy way to convert back if you still have a few things to buy.

great idea! I was thinking of getting some for our "Mad "Money so it doesn't get confused with the"need this to get home"money and it seems more fun than envelopes!
