Does anyone know if you can pay off your bill onboard with Disney Dollars? I have heard that you can but only at the end of the cruise.

Yes you can pay off your bill. You don't need to wait until the end. I went down about half way through and put some on the bill. I had about $500 (from the good days of the reward programs . Then I put the rest down the day before disembarkation.
