Can someone please tell me where I can purchase Disney Dollars if they are not available at my local store?

We purchased them at Guest Services in the parks.

I think the only place you can get them anymore is at the parks. Back in the 80's they were really popular not so much any more. I know that you can get gift cards at the Disney Store that can be used at the parks/ resorts.
