Last time I checked the Disney stores in Canada didn't sell Disney Dollars..has that changed? It's a fun way to save up for the trip without spending it on bills!

I asked the Disney Store in Ottawa back in December, and the answer was "No, with no plans at this time". So, looks like they are still only available in the US.

I don't remember the Canadian Disney Stores ever selling Disney Dollars. I believe you can order them directly from WDW - this is the address:

Lake Buena Vista, FL 34736

You might want to send them an e-mail to confirm.

Also if you have a friend in the US, you could ask them to pick up some up for you if they live close to a Disney Store.

I made my own as my kids are too little to actually be trusted with money. I will be given them to my kids, on an as earned basis, starting a few days from now during our 1 month countdown. I've also seen some cute personalized designs on the Creative DISigns board, although I can't remember exactly which designer did them.

I don't remember the Canadian Disney Stores ever selling Disney Dollars.

I'm pretty sure they used to sell them because I can remember purchasing them years ago.

My mom thinks the Disney Store sold Disney Dollars back when they were owned by Disney. Now that TCP/Hoop is behind the products/store, they don't seem to be around anymore. Thus the reason the CM told me nope - not available nor are they likely to ever carry.

I am soooo glad that you can still get disney dollars at the park. I think they're so neat!

Where are they available to purchase at WDW? My girfriend is going in a few weeks and I'll ask her to grab some for me!

Disney Stores outside the USA have never sold Disney Dollars.

They are on par with the US$ and being foreign currency outside the States would be subject to the same daily value fluctuations.

Your girlfriend will be able to purchase Disney Dollars for you at City Hall in MK,

She might also be able to buy them at Guest Services

I'm sorry but this is not true. Prior to 2002, they could call and order Disney Dollars in to the Disney Store. I believe they charged you the American price.
