Disney Dollars?

Hi everyone!
We will be going to WDW in Nov. and my DS8 has been saving for his trip. Can I purchase Disney Dollars before we arrive at the world or do I have to wait until we check in? I would love to give him his Disney Dollars card on the morning we are leaving for our trip.

Well, first off, there are disney DOLLARS, and a disney GIFT CARD.. two different things..
So, you can buy BOTH at a Disney Store near you.. And , they take them pretty much everywhere in "the world".
I do this for myself every year, i put all my food money on one gift card,and spending money on another, makes it very easy to keep track of spending! Also, my dd gets dollars (disney dollars) from the tooth fairy, easter bunny, santa..etc.. and she brings those.

If you have a Disney store in a mall near you, you can buy them there. There are also gift cards they sell online that you can put his money on as well.

Where do I go on the web to get the gift card? Walt Disney World site?

I believe you can go to www.disneyshopping.com and they have them there.. or pick it up at a Disney Store near you. Just make sure to save the reciept in case there is any problems!
