disney dollars

Newbie here. What are disney dollars and where can you find them?
This is our first trip and I was hoping to get some of these for my kids.

I ordered some off of E-bay. You can also buy them at a Disney Store. You can order them by mail, but I do not have the address. Perhaps someone else does. They are dollars that can only be spent at Disney World . They have character pics on them.
