Disney Dollars on the Magic?

Faxed my order for Disney Dollars last week (max $50) and they came FEDEX today! Yeah, just in time for Easter!

We are cruising in May, can we use them on the Magic?

I had no problems using them on our 2003 cruise. You cannot use them at checkin in place of a credit card for stateroom charges. However, you can go to Guest Services at any time during your cruise to pay on your balance using your Disney Dollars.

Can DD use them in the gift shops on board?

Disney Dollars can only be used on DCL by placing them as a credit on your room account. All purchases on the ship must be done using the ship issued KTTW card which is your ID, room key, and charge card.

I was suprised yesterday when mine came in. I mailed it just last Wed and in less than 1 week they came. Yah!! My mom wants to put them in the Easter baskets and I want to give them for chores down in the house(well at least for my 6 yr old..not my 2 yr old(I'll hold his).

My 6 yr old is ready to do more work around the house for them!!!!
Poor kid though...he has to do alot of work for even one dollar...but he doesn't care since he thinks a dollar is alot of money and he should do more work for it.
