Disney Dollars and AP Purchases

I have two questoins.

Is there anywhere to purchase disney dollars online?

And, if I purchase AP's with my disney visa, will I get 10% off since it will be over $50?

I know you can call park merchandising to buy theme park items.
For Disneyland I think the number is: 1 800 362 4533

I would think Disney dollars would be included - but I'm not sure about any service/shipping fees.

Seems like theme park tickets (that includes AP's) are always excluded when it comes to discount promotions. Darn!
