Disney Direct issue

I'm usually pretty laid back when it comes to things, and I know people make mistakes, but i'm really disappointed with a recent order I placed with Disney Direct.

I ordered 7 items on 11/23. One of them is an oversized personalized item, and I knew it would be shipped after my other 6 items but before christmas. Today I got a huge box from Dis. Direct with only one of my 7 items in it, a tiny 2" by 2" stamp in a huge box.

Ok, where are the other items? I call Dis. Direct and they don't know what happened. They are going to try and resend me the items - but wait, now 3 of the 7 things I ordered are no longer available and the woman on the phone told me the special personalized thing I ordered was not available anymore and was on back order until mid to late January??? I told her on the website it says it's in stock and that if it's ordered by 12/6 it can be shipped. I ordered it 8 days ago and this is how they decide to let me know I won't be getting my order??? Would they have called me or sent me an e-mail letting me know this?

I want to think that Dis. Direct is reputable, does anyone here have any experiences good or bad that I can relate this incident to?
