Disney Dinning Phone Number ?

Is this a number or option you can press to get a menu where you can key in a number instead of saying it into the phone. For some reason they never get what I say correct and I know last year it wasnt like this. Please help!!!

I don't know of a way but would be interested if anyone does. When I called to make my ADRs I tried two times and when I said "Reservations" the automated system said "Okay, lets get you Restaurant Information".

By the time I got through the third time it was 7:05 and they said the wait was over 30 minutes.

Luckily I was calling to ask a question so I just hung up. When I called the next day for my actual ADRs I spoke as clearly as I could and got through the first time.

I cant stand it and its just not disney cause no matter who I call lately they all have the same type of menus.

my new cell phone has voice dialing (which I don't use for this very reason). DH had my phone in his pocket and kept hitting the button by mistake and it would say in it's annoying computer voice.."Say a command" Finally DH says "shut the (expletive) up!". The phone replys "Did you say "Call Ruth?"" That's my MIL!

I never laughed so hard in my entire life, but it just shows you that the technology just isn't there yet. I don't know if there's a button to push to diable the voice menue, but I would love it if anyone else knows of one.

I had a problem with the voice menu the other day...my phone was cutting out (yay Sprint!) After 2 times not hearing me, it switched automagically to a touch-tone system.
