Just had to get on here and post that my DH is makng us a Disney Meal tonight. He got the recipes off Allearsnet since we were longing for our trip to Disney in April
We are having The Shish Kebobs From Marrekesh and FuFu from Boma.
( Ok and salad from our local super market :rotfl: )

We are going to try and make the African stew from Mara's tomorrow night.
We have never tried the recipes from WDW before so we'll see how we do!!! :wizard:

MrsJ...that is such a good idea! I was so impressed by that African Stew at Mara...it was EXCELLENT! Let us know how it turns out!

just a side note.. the shish kabobs were awesome! but then i am kind of partial. :disrocks:

Makes me hungry thinking about it..... I love those choices... glad it was GR8

MrsJ Henry - could you send that nice husband of yours right up Rt 81 to me in Osewgo Cty - I would love a nice meal like that..... where did you get the recipes?

We got the recipes on Allearsnet.com
We had the African Stew tonight (from Mara) VERY YUMMY!!!!!!
Maggied: :rotfl: We should get all the Dis folks in the area together and have a Disney food Picnic!! Ok.... well it'a a little snowy right now but it should be all gone by July!! :rotfl2:

I'm so gald we came up with this idea to make some of the food we found the recipes for. We have had quite a bit of fun!!! Nice way to get through the waiting time for the next trip.

I should stop saying WE though.... he is the cook not me!!

Mrs J Henry - I think the snow is finally almost gone - atleast up here in Oswego Cty it is.... almost time to get the suitcases out and start packing....I think many folks from our area are heading down the same time - I was speaking w/ an atty I do business with and him and his family are on the same flight as we are.... can't wait... the snow is gone but it will still be warmer in WDW!!!!!

I have the recipe for the Strawberry Soup from 1900 Park Fare.

Very Cool!

WDW recipes are the best, arent they? Ive made the French Toast Loaf from the bake shop and the white chocolate Creme Brulee from Portabello Yach Club(I think). Nothing like a Disney fix...especially if it involves food. :goodvibes

Let us know how it comes out?

Yes Our snow is gone. Can't wait to head down to WDW. We leave a little later than you... we still have a little over two weeks to go.

We have had so much fun making the recipes. We have also made the Meatloaf from Prime Time and The mac and Cheese from Jiko. YUMMY!!!!

I bet the strawberry soup was wonderful!!!
