Disney Dining Reservations time

Hello all, I know that you can make dining reservations 180 days in advance, but what time can you make them online? I'm in Texas so I'm in the central time zone. I think it is midnight eastern so it would be 11:00 pm for me, is this correct? This will be the first time I am making reservations online as I have always called but with all the hard to get reservations now I think online will be more helpful since it's earlier than calling. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
