For whatever reason I can't get the app to load a reservation. I moved to my desktop and had to spend quite a bit of time but it IS frustrating. Glad to get Sci-fi again. Hardest to book during Covid restrictions.
I'm having the issue with app as well. I get the time and restaurant I want (just after 6am), then when I click save or done, it tells me the page cannot load and try again. Problem is page never loads no matter how many retries. Did not have this issue when I went online at Disney.com. Since I was traveling and did not have my laptop handy, I used safari on my phone to access the online dining reservation system. I did eventually get my Yachtsman Steakhouse ADR but so frustrating to have it and lose it when on MDE app. Submitted a ticket but have received no response. It's been 3 days. I'm hopeful about receiving a response, but will not be surprised if I don't.
Also like to add...I've experienced the same issues as the rest of you. Seems like it's gotten worse during the past month or two. Maybe the system is overwhelmed with increased demand/users?
