Disney Dining Plan Refund?

Has anyone received a refund for a dining plan they have paid for in full for an upcoming trip? I was wondering if we will need to phone to get the refund or if it is due to be processed automatically?

I ended up phoning them after posting the thread and the money was in my account two days later (though they said it might take longer, depending on financial institution etc). I would recommend phoning them as I really don't know if they would have refunded it any time soon. I skyped and was on hold for about 50 minutes, but it was worth it.
