I am currently planning a WDW vaca for my family, DH, DD 11 and DD6 for either late May or early June. If I go ahead and book now can I add the disney dining plan IF it happens to be offered for free during my stay?

    Thanks for any help!! :goodvibes

It depends, you can add the DDP to your reservation, but to get free dining you have to make sure your package meets the minimum requirements (e.g., tickets, number of nights, etc.), and that you are checking in on a day that qualifies, and there is a room available. There is usually a "limited" number of rooms in each category, so if you wait there might not be any availability left. It is easier to convert an existing package to one with free dining, but just because you have a package does not guarantee that you can get free dining.
