Disney Dining Plan Q's

Hello!

We are going to Disney 9/15-9/18 & are using the DDP. I was wondering if someone could answer a few questions?? I was looking at some rest & so far I've picked 4, they are Spoodles, 50's Prime Time, Big River Grill, & Cap'n Jacks. I "think" I read that each of them are 1 credit, but is there a price limit as to what you can spend at each seating? I looked but didnt find the answer. And do you think reservations would be a good idea?

There is no specific price limit at any of the restaurants.

Spoodles and 50s Prime Time are two of my favorites. Great food and fun. Big River Grill is good in a pinch. We had a nice meal there just before boarding the bus back to the hotel. If we had more time, though, we would have walked into Epcot for lunch. Cap'n Jacks has the distinction of being the only 1TS restaurant that serves lobster, but has not much else going for it.
