Disney Dining Plan - no tip ? no tax?

If we do the Disney Dining plan - the one with one TS, one CS and one Snack per day per person ...

We are a family of 4 adults (our kids are 19 & 16)

At the TS - do you pay tax ? do you pay tip?

Do you get a bill fo the tax ?

Do you get a bill for the tip ?

What does the bill at the end of a TS meal have typed on it if you are on the Disney Dining Plan ? The tax & recommended tip ?
Just the total bill if you were paying OOP and the tax ?

Tax is included. You will get a bill showing what the value of your order is, with suggested tip amounts printed on it. The tip is not included in the dining plan, you'll need to pay it. I would mention here that all discussion about tipping (and that means any type of discussion) should be limited to the Tipping Information Thread on the main dining plan board.
