Disney Dining Plan 2014

Just a quick question for anyone who might know. Me and the family have booked a Disney holiday staying at the Old Key West Resort which includes the Disney Dining Plan. We arrive on the 6th November 2014. My question is as follows: What date do I need to book my reservations? Its a bit confusing to me because i know that you are supposed to book them 180 days before BUT im also hearing 180 days +10 which is throwing me a bit, and I don't want to mess up and miss out on the restaurants that me and my family have pick out. So, just to recap...we arrive on the 6th November 2014. Any comments would be appreciated....Thanks Steve

Does anyone know which way is best to book my reservations? Over the phone or by internet, and how fast do they really book up???

I have done all mine online. They don't really get booked up that fast except BoG.

You can get online an hour before the phones open so I'd go with that

I've gone online a couple of times over the last few weeks and looked at the furthest day out, 180 days, and provided it's been 11am or shortly there after there has always been times for BOG for dinner. However the one that is NEVER available is Victoria & Alberts Chef's Table which I really, really would like to get for DH & my birthday celebration.
