We are planning our 1st trip in May with our 5 kids (dc? i'm kinda new at the abbreviations LOL) and i'm wondering if we should plan to eat big meals or just snack. i've read in the official guide that you should try to plan one sit-down meal per day take snacks for the other times? any tips or suggestions?

We have 4 kids and used the Disney dining plan. We ate a small breakfast (poptart) in the room, or usually on the way to the bus stop.

Then we had a counter service lunch at 11:00. We did it early and avoided the main lunch hour -- plus we were hungry by then!

Then we did a table service dinner around 6:00-6:30. I worked out great for us and we were not too full or hungry for sure.

Also, the kids could get a snack on the plan whenever they needed something.
