Disney dining open on July 4?

I just realized my date to start calling for ADRs is July 4. Does anyone know if Disney dining will be open on that date? I'm assuming they will be.

We will have a total of 13 people, so I'm assuming I'll have to go through group reservations. Does that also open at 7 a.m.?

I don't believe the call centers close for any Holiday.
